My aim is to ensure you get excellent care, with kindness, expertise and great communication. This is backed up by my full time private office, regular clinics and easy access to all you might need.
In addition to face-to-face private medical appointments I am pleased to offer consultations via telephone or video link. Advice, prescriptions, diagnostic tests and endoscopy can be arranged if necessary.

I am a highly respected senior Consultant Gastroenterologist, specialising in the diagnosis and management of intestinal and liver conditions. I have advanced skills in endoscopy and colonoscopy and am an accredited bowel cancer screening expert.
I have practiced as an NHS Consultant at Barts Health in London for over 15 years and have developed a thriving private practice over the last 12 years, offering expert care to a wide range of patients.
I graduated with distinction from Cambridge University and completed my trained in leading teaching hospitals in the UK, Europe and the USA.
With extensive experience in performing endoscopic examinations, I can help ensure minimal discomfort for patients, using advanced techniques to resolve issues that once required surgery. My expertise in gastroscopy and colonoscopy allow me to provide highly effective, non-invasive treatments and excellent results for my patients. I am a specialist in endoscopy and colonoscopy, with specialist accreditation as part of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme.
My commitment to medical excellence extends beyond clinical practice. I also contributed to groundbreaking research during his PhD Fellowship at Cancer Research UK, publishing in prestigious medical journals such as *Nature Medicine* and *Nature*. I continue to be active in research, teaching and clinical audit.
On a more personal note, I enjoy taking part in sports and music At Cambridge University, I competed in and won the prestigious Boat Race. I have also raised significant funds for charity by rowing across the Atlantic Ocean and ultra-marathon running. My dedication to others, both in and out of the medical field, I hope reflects my genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
